If you’re a fan, get to know more about me as a person and artist before even reading my posts. That would help you know who’s posts are you reading and help make a better moral contract between us!
I was born on May 30, 1977 in Clamart, in the Hauts-de-Seine. Daughter of screenwriter Odile Barski and director Marco Pauly, I have a younger brother, Rodolphe. Child of the seraglio, after obtaining my baccalaureate at the age of 17, I naturally enrolled at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Paris.
Beggining with acting
In 1997, as a young woman, I’ve landed my first role on the big screen in the Mauvais genre by Laurent Bénégui. Until the early 2000s, I continued to appear in the cinema; Terminale by Francis Girod, Mille terminals by Alain Beigel, Au “Coeur du mensonge” by Claude Chabrol and has participated in several television films for the small screen like “Rastignac or the ambitious” of Alain Tasma, “The Price of Truth” by Joël Santoni…
Life decision with acting
In 2002, I’ve made a decisive encounter for the rest of my career, that of Camille Bazbaz. By discovering his musical universe, as an artist, I have decided to change course and turns to music.
I get down to writing songs, records models and then cutting my teeth on stage where I perform in concert. In 2006, my first album titled Adrienne Pauly was released in stores. Worn by the single I want a guy, written by Raphaël Hamburger, the album has had some success.
In 2007, I’ve obtained two nominations for the Victoires de la Musique in the Revelation Album of the Year and Revelation Artist categories. Nevertheless, after a tour of several months through France, I have moved away from the music scene.
In 2009, I’ve returned to the poster for Claude Chabrol’s film, Bellamy, which won me the prize for a best supporting role at the Jean Carmet Festival in Moulins. I did it again the following year with the television film La Tueuse which enabled her to win the prize for best female interpretation at the Luchon Television Film Festival. In 2011, I have filmed Mystère au Moulin Rouge by Stéphane Kappes broadcast on France 2.
In January 2018, after several years of absence, I was back in the bins with the release of the album A Vos amours, composed with the musician Gaby Concato.
